Been observance this item for awhile. Price has been as high as 498. And usually runs 398. Also includes free to home cargo ships
Other brands for similar unit trial complete 600.
This is a nice unit. Sturdy and great size for domestic odd-job man

I bought the 52" unit for $239 backwards in 2022 (lucky sale). I'm sporting a home DIY'emergency room, but I've been very happy with it. Each the drawers still microscope slide well and no issues with enduringness.
The only thing I don't like is that only 2 of the casters swivel. This makes it easier to pull in a straight line, but harder to back astir against a wall in a small blank space (my situation).

I bought 2 of these last time for the garage .. still not plenty room 
draw them delivered, i though the corner said 200 lbs each

seems disengage shipping is some messenger service, with estimated speech window of 3-9 days
paid delivery is direct from your local national depot store and can Be delivered within 2 days
not sure if they would carry it into the house

Wholly different family of work bench IMO. The Husky for $100 more is a more improve deal because of the drawers for storage.
